In a bowl, combine: warm water, sugar and dry yeast. All stir well and leave for ~ 10-15 minutes (during which time the mixture should be a little froth - this means that the yeast work).

In yeast and salt mixture, add about half the norm of sifted flour (in the request, the flour can be mixed with salt).
Stir the flour with the yeast mixture with a wooden spoon, then pour in the olive oil and mix well again.

Gradually add the remaining sifted flour and knead the soft, supple, uncool dough.

Put the dough in a clean bowl, brush the surface a little olive oil, cover with a clean towel or cloth and put into a warm place for about 1 hour, the dough has come.
Coming up the dough obmyat again put in a bowl and leave for approximately 30 minutes.
